In s3 e10 when house harms himself, it helps more than he lets on. He continues it as his leg seemingly ‘gets worse’. Other characters start to see signs that something is wrong, something out of ordinary for House. Can they figure it out before house pushes them all away completely??

Summary
The reader, daughter of the Tony Stark, got sent to a school for troubled kids when she was 12. Only because Tony and Pepper couldn't put up with her behaviour. She was lashing out, distant, her grades dropped.
They thought sending her there was a good thing.Oh just how wrong they were.
Before the school, she liked to express herself. Black lipstick. Some eyeliner. She had 4 piercings in both her ears. All made herself.
And nobody really cared, but since she was 11, she's been struggling. She started even cutting herself. But nobody noticed. Nobody ever notices.
But they didn't read about the school enough. Nobody knew how much of a hellhole that place was. They just thought it was a normal boarding school for troubled kids.
What will happen when she finally gets sent home?
Who will she be now?

Summary
AU Sarov isn't willing to take any chances with the detonation of the bomb in Murmansk. Rather than taking Alex with him, and risking the boy he views as the reincarnation of his dead son, Sarov drugs him and sends him ahead to Russia. When Alex wakes, it is to a world in the midst of a nuclear winter. Numbed by grief and terror that the general isn't done, Alex must learn to navigate his new role as Sarov's beloved son and try to carve out some room to shape his own identity under the shadow of the general's oppressive regard.
