Summary
On the precipice of winter break, something entirely unexpected happens--the world comes to a stop. The streets are wrecked with blood, all contact is lost, and panic is quick to build among the students of 1A. Especially Izuku and Katsuki, witnessing the catalyst when they're told to carry Tokoyami to the nurse's office, convulsing and screaming in agony. Without any idea what caused this, their only option is to stay put and try to survive, watching as their friends die off one by one.
It just keeps getting worse.

Without lifting its legs or showing much movement, Izuku twisted, until the whites of his eyes stared at them. “You think you can buy us,” he says, and everyone jolts.
It wasn’t Izuku’s voice. It was deep and tonal, reminding Uraraka of that night when they stayed up playing with Jirio’s sound machines. They had played with the controls, distorting their voices. It had been funny then to hear such distorted voices. But now? Uraraka shivered. Izuku sounded ancient. Deadly.

As he’s lost in thought, Bakugo casually just closes his hand around his, breaking Izuku out of that stupor real quick. Ok...maybe he’d dropped something, that Bakugo was shoving back at him. But no—his hand was empty, and it was clear nothing was in between their hot skin, and this wasn’t a shove. This was… steady. Firm. Warm.
Bakugo laced their fingers together like it was nothing, like it wasn’t completely insane, and started walking.

Bakugo wakes up one day and decides Izuku and him are dating now.
