He shook the shirt out, lifting it up in front and back to check underneath it. Who knew how many of those stupid, whisper-soft feathers could have ever-so-conveniently attached themselves to him?

    “You seemed really down when you left. I just wanted to make sure you were gonna be alright.”

    Despite the comforting tone of Hawks’s voice, Natsu noticed his words weren’t, ‘Yeah, that was fucked up of me, I’m sorry.’ He let his shirt fall back into place with a heavy sigh. “You think you have any right to do that?”
