Akira Kurusu the leader of the Phantom Thieves of Heart won a pyrrhic victory against the God of Control Yaldabaoth
Now left alone with most of his bonds and mankind purged from history he is given another choice by Igor, the true proprietor of the velvet room
Accept his death and join his friends and mankind in the afterlife, or travel to another reality in order to aid two other twin fools in their journey to stop death
