Merci Evans felt like she had been swept up in a hurricane ever since she met Dick Grayson. The guy was just so confusing. She was a stripper from the Bowery and he was Gotham's golden boy. But...........he kept coming back. He kept inserting himself into her life until he was intertwined with it, and Merci couldn't say that she minded it. Dick Grayson in his raw golden retriever form keeps changing Merci's life for the better. She finally had a friend that she could trust. And it didn't hurt that the vigilante with a blue bird on his chest kept finding her.
