Summary
Phainon plastered a friendly smile on his face as Mydei came upon him. He's always harbored a gentle fondness for the guy, even if he finds it hard to admit. "Hey."
Mydei halts just a few inches away from him, closer than necessary. Mydei typically likes to keep his space. Phainon notices it, but he says nothing cause he doesn't mind.
"Come by my house tonight."
His bluntness takes Phainon aback, but his head nods slowly in understanding. "Okay. Should I create a group chat? Then we can section out the assignment-"
"Alone," Mydei adds, "Is that clear?"
Phainon's eyes widen in surprise at the implication. He obviously perceived it as sexual; however, he tries to suppress such thoughts, as it probably isn't like that. Mydei never really spoke to him, even when they worked together. He nods slowly, with caution and understanding. "Yes, it's clear. What time?"
