Summary
Kohane prods at An’s fang with the tip of her finger. It takes all of An’s self control not to lick up the drop of blood that oozes out when it pierces the skin.
‘Ow!’ Kohane yelps, as if she had not just been very deliberately poking a sharp object. ‘Wow, that’s sharp.’
An briefly considers questioning Kohane’s intelligence at the surprise in her voice.

Summary
They’re watching a movie, but Saki drifted off about halfway through, and Ichika finds herself glancing at Saki more than watching the movie. Her face is slightly flushed even in her sleep, and her bangs are slightly mussed. It’s adorable how she mumbles incoherently every so often. Saki vehemently denies being a sleep talker, but she’s time and time again proven wrong.
Ichika is always cold, but even in the depths of winter, it's not so bad if Saki is by her side.

Summary
It’s 11am, according to the clock on the bedside table. She should be at school. She should have been at school hours ago, but she woke up with a pounding headache, she can’t make a fist, and her legs won’t move the way she wants them too.
Saki is sick. Goddamn flu. Goddamn immunosuppressants. Ichika helps by existing.

Summary
Thankfully, the snoring seems to be a one-off occasion. The blanket hogging, however, is not. Every other time they sleep in the same bed, Kohane wakes up staring at the ceiling and questioning her life choices.

Summary
Hanahaki is a slow killer. A cancerous growth that starts in the lungs and carves into the chest cavity until it grips the heart. There’s a surgery to get it out, but Hanahaki only takes root in those who would rather die than lose their feelings anyway. It’s a hopeless struggle to try to survive it.
Mizuki suffers. Ena can do nothing about it.
