    Kaveh’s voice is somewhat loud as he stares at Alhaitham, the man’s sigh being like music to his ears.
    “I am aware. I’m only mentioning it. There’s more to it, even if we don’t know the actual truth yet.” He replies, and Kaveh rolls his eyes, going back to his own work.

    He rolls his eyes and picks up his things, going back into his room rather than being in the communal space their house has. Alhaitham’s quiet chuckles only get quieter as he closes the door to his room, spreading the sheets all over his walls, trying to continue working on his project despite being so crudely interrupted.

    And still, despite trying so hard, Kaveh’s mind cannot help but go back to the tale of the Goddess of Flowers and the Scarlet King that Alhaitham was mentioning just now.
