Summary
When Finnick hits his third strike, it looks like it's game over. Fortunately (or unfortunately) for him, there are alternative punishments through which he can pay back his debt to society in a few years, rather than dying behind bars.
He'll soon learn that the punishment fits the crime very well, and this might not be as easy as he thought. All he knows for sure though is that he's going to be working an awful lot of diapers in the meantime.
