Summary
The year is 1991 and Prussia finds himself back in Germany. He is so haunted by the things that happened behind the iron curtain that he can hardly see reality for what it is. In an attempt to help Prussia get better, Germany and Italy reach out to Canada for help. An old romance rekindles between the two but can Prussia move on from his past to enjoy the present? Russia smirks and shakes his head.
