“It's George.” A long silence follows. “And you?”
“Dream.” George scoffs at the absurd name and sneaks a glance at Dream, taking in his facial features. He doesn't look bad, George will give him that.

in other words, dream runs away from home and george finds him by the train tracks near his neighborhood. he lets dream stay with him when his mother is gone at business meetings. george tells himself he doesn't care about the blond and he's only helping him because its the right thing to do but he knows he's lying to himself.

Day 3: Enemies to Lovers
“I dare you to jump off the wall.”
He’d said it with a smirk and familiar lilt, said it while leaning against Karl and knocking their feet together. Karl scoffed and looked at the ground, found the scatter of dying leaves a little farther away than he wanted them to be. So he shook his head, slipped his book shut with a thumb still pressed between the pages.
“You’re so predictable,” was all he said, though maybe he wanted to say a little bit more.
Karl breaks ties in favor of himself, but missing someone in the midst of hatred has to be worse than death.
