Summary
It was not uncommon for cursed spirits to manifest within or near school grounds. It was expected, and often monitored, which made the appearance of this ‘Yuji-sama’ all the more intriguing, if only for the fact that it appears to be a rather recent phenomenon. Any older, and such a name would have fallen into urban legend or spread further amongst the alumni and out to the public. Jujutsu Tech should have also picked up on this by now, and perhaps they already have.
Suguru would have to make sure of their involvement before he dared to humor the idea of treading on Sugisawa’s school grounds to witness this cursed spirit for himself.
“A cursed spirit answering to the whims of a bunch of monkeys. Tamed with cheap convenience store snacks and a couple homemade cookies for good measure.”
Suguru shook his head in disbelief.

Yuji opened his eyes and covered his mouth tightly. It felt like burning charcoal in his throat. He could feel the blood coming up as it spilled from out of his nose and through his fingers. He fell on his knees and caught himself with his unoccupied hand. He wanted to rip his throat apart to feel relief from the curse inside. He wanted to hurl, and the feeling of his ribs wanting to break out of his skin was not helping. With a glance to his right, to make sure Fushiguro was alright, he let himself pass out.

Summary
Itadori Yuuji never seems to catch a break, those stupid jujutsu sorcerers constantly out looking for him, not as a person but as a weapon they want to use and abuse. Just like they did Gojo-sensei. He won’t let that happen. Yuuji wanders aimlessly, utterly alone and isolated after watching all his companions die, One. By. One. Even Megumi. So when he stumbles upon a cursed object that offers him the feeling of belonging and family he so wishes created out of an ancient jujutsu sorcerer that was just like him, he doesn’t hesitate to make that wish.
