Summary
Jaina Proudmoore is a lost soul. At least that's how she felt. By moving overseas from her home in rural Georgia to the big city of London, she hopes that she can escape the life that she once had. After being abandoned by her once loving family, she was left broken and alone. Jaina has built the tallest of walls around her heart and she's determined that nothing will ever break through those walls again. Nothing will ever cause her pain ever again.

Summary
The elven Kingdom of Quel'Thalas have long since isolated herself from the rest of the warring human nations of Lordaeron, waiting safe behind her borders until the turbulant matters settle themselves. However, a boatful of human refugees ending up on Quel'Thalas shores, lead by a defiant young mage with the most startling blue eyes, becomes one of the first human nations to settle on elven lands in millenia.
Quickly falling for this human, Sylvanas resorts to taking the next step in their relationship, only to find out that nobody ever gave poor Jaina a pamphlet on elven courting rituals.

Jaina is determined to learn Thalassian. Vereesa is determined to avoid becoming her personal tutor. Luckily, she happens to have a sister with a lot of pent up emotions and an inability to verbalise them. It is a pen pal match made if not in Hell, then definitely at some tavern by one of the side roads to Hell.
Pre-Third War, Jaina is on a (permanent) break with Arthas and Sylvanas has Issues, so they exchange letters and get stupid with each other.

“World peace must be coaxed not forced.” Gelbin Mekkatorque had announced to the highly skeptical masses. “For if you were to rush such a romance you may find that your prejudices would push you apart before you even gave them a chance- this app requires both parties to simply talk, to get to know one another while carefully omitting anything that might tip off political standings or faction allegiances. That way our two theoretical lovers will have found ample common ground to hopefully surpass any blind hatred the two might have harboured before. Only then will the device allow you to meet.”
Azeroth has a dating app. A device, the likes that nobody has ever seen before, and one that the residents of Mechagon are convinced will pave the way to world peace. A highly skeptical Jaina picks up a tablet to prove a point, only to end up matched to a faceless soulmate, one who's dark and sarcastic humor along with her poetic words has her quickly falling in love.
A crackfic that ended up way angstier and sweeter than I could have ever imagined.
