“Wait kid!” And in that moment it came to him, “What if, what if we don’t forget you? What if we send you away?” Strange desperately called out.
“Mr.Strange… ” Peter had a sympathetic look in his eyes and Strange hated it. It wasn’t his life that was being destroyed, so why was Peter looking at him like the victim.
“Listen, I can send you somewhere there is no Peter Parker. There are an infinite number of universes, I can find one.” Strange said, more to himself than to Peter. And he knew this was dark magic, he knew he shouldn’t, but he didn’t care.
“I’ll send you there. Until I can fix this. Until I can bring you back.”
Or: Dr. Strange sends Peter to an alt universe where there are no Avengers, but they do have a thing called a Justice League. And sure Peter is homeless, but that doesn't stop him from being Spider-Man.

Summary
There's a healing bullet wound on Peter's right thigh, one that makes him put more focus than he'd like into not limping despite the ache that comes with every step. One of the sweatshirts he snagged from Mr. Stark back when he was fifteen is pulled over his shoulders, hair visibly disheveled where it peeks out from the hood covering his head, hands shoved deep into his pockets as he waits in line. Realistically, his budget is too tight to fit a five dollar coffee from a corner café in Manhattan, but after the week he's had, he thinks he might not survive without getting pumped full of caffeine, so he ignores the part of him that says to tuck his wallet away and leave, instead stepping forward, fighting a wince when his injured leg is shifted and forced to hold his weight, and looking up when it's his turn to order.
On the other side of the counter, blue eyes and blond curls greet him, curious as they take him in, with a name tag pinned to the front of his apron that says Harley. There's also something instantly intriguing about him that Peter can't quite place.

Summary
Harley Keener doesn't remember Peter Parker after Doctor Strange's spell. He didn't remember Peter Parker before Doctor Strange's spell either. He'd never even heard the name. There was nothing to forget. What he did remember, was that Tony mentioned there was a boy in New York, one that he thought Harley should meet.
He got dusted before he got to visit Tony that year. Before he got to meet the boy.
Now, as an adult, he accepts Pepper's job offer and moves to New York to help with the revamped Stark Industries. He manages to find enough clues to lead him to one very secretive man named Peter Parker.

Harley Keener remembers Peter Parker, just not in the traditional way. He helps Peter remember himself.

Parrot glared miserably at the sad little drawing of a birthday cake he made in the dust on the rusty wooden floor, the sound of the storm outside defeaning, as he strained his ears to hear the 'tick-tock' of the clock, signaling the nearing of midnight.
𝘛𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘐'𝘮 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯.
He mused in his head, a light sigh escaping him as he tried to shuffle into a more comfortable position on the floor—his temporary bed.
