What are they supposed to do with a baby?
(I've got other AUs featuring "Harry raised by this or that family", "Harry 'stolen' and raised by muggle thieves", and "Harry (to be) raised by Batman", but I honestly don't think Hogwarts would be able to handle a "Harry raised by semi-immortal warriors, including a former soldier of Napoleon's army, two men who first met on opposite sides of the Crusades, and a woman who's been alive for over seven effing thousand years".
So of course, I *needed* to give it a shot. For Reasons, you understand.)

Ilya Rozanov is in a very good mood at the All-Stars weekend, when Marlow starts ragging on him about his mysterious Montreal girl, Jane. The Centaurs, of course, have never heard of her.
Ilya starts praising Jane to the moon and back ... just in time for Shane Hollander and his Voyageurs teammates to stroll up.
Hayden Pike nearly has a heart attack. J.J. laughs and points out that Shane has a mysterious girlfriend, too. And Shane, to Ilya's surprise, leans right in. Even when Marlow asks ... well, whose secret girlfriend is hotter?
(Hypothetically set after the All-Stars Game during Book Six/The Long Game, but I didn't make an effort to match the canonical events at the game. No real spoilers for the Long Game, I think?)

Wen Ruohan was a powerful man. He had cultivated to immortality long ago, and thus has been unchanging for many generations. His sect was the largest of all, the work of decades or perhaps even centuries. There was no one left who truly remembered.
His power was unmatched. If he ever turned to evil, it would take the cooperation of all the sects to bring him down, and even that would surely be a victory hard won.
Thankfully, Wen Ruohan had no such qualms. As long as he was given his ‘Grandfather rights’, as he referred to it.
