Summary
Amy is a photographer and secret Omega living with her gay childhood friend, Sonic, a Beta who helps her maintain her cover and avoid becoming bound to an Alpha and losing her independence.
She meets Shadow, a billionaire CEO of a pharmaceutical company (and, of course, an Alpha) with a dark/tragic past (I give you 1 guess as to who is involved with that), at a $1,000 per plate donor dinner for Rouge's mayoral campaign, for whom Amy does photography.
Season 1 has concluded with Ch 30
***Modern Setting with no Chaos Energy/Magic. Romantic Drama shenanigans ensue whilst a suspense plot lurks in the background. Knuxouge subplot, Sonilver subplot.

Summary
There was a lot the blue blur chose to tolerate. He tolerated Shadow and Amy going to concerts on a regular basis. He tolerated their, as Amy insists, totally platonic dinner nights they had on occasion. He tolerated their dumb, stupid inside jokes that made his skin crawl every time he heard them. He tolerated how physically close she would get to Shadow, so close she was practically embracing him. He could tolerate all that because at the very least, none of those were inherently inappropriate to a degree because Amy did those things with most of her friends, regardless of gender.
What Sonic wouldn’t tolerate was another male walking around with the scent of his female all over. That was unacceptable to any degree.

By definition; it's seeing something in a positive way, often thinking of it as better than it actually is.
But for these two it's a wild tale of overcoming differences and odds, with danger looming on the horizon. Throughout it all, they try to remain optimistic that everything could work out for a new beginning, but maybe they're blinded by the rose-tinted glasses...

Amy adjusts her stance, not letting her guard down just yet. She feels hot, bothered, and confused, “Don’t understand what, exactly?”

Summary
The song becomes background noise as the churning mass of feelings grows into something worse — something physical. It climbs out of his chest, greedily spreading to new areas like some kind of inane virus, no longer satisfied with the corner of his heart that he already allowed it to claim.
He hates this. He fucking hates this.
The music is shameless, the tension unbearable, and the things confessed after midnight? Dangerous.
