Summary
After a particularly traumatizing experience with a raw potato and being beaten to death Tommy loses his third and final life on the DreamSMP, however, instead of ending up in limbo, Tommy awakens to find that he is now in a strangely comfy in what looks to be a beautifully decorated room.
Meanwhile showing Mumbo and Scar around his area, Grian spotted a strange lump in the cave where Grumbot resides, signalling to the other two with him he fans out his wings and takes off down the hole, Scar and Mumbo following suit with their elytra's. They weren't however expecting to find the rift active and a heavily injured and still bleeding teenager at the base of it. Breathing shallowly they called on the people they thought could help.
Also, this isn't including the empires crossover and the hermit members may be OOC as I'm new to the series and I only really watch Grian so I'm basing their personality on his videos and other fics like this that I've read.

Summary
Scar's son was kidnapped by a family friend ten years ago, and has been dragged through anarchy servers and the ever mysterious Dream SMP, scar had joined Hermit craft shortly after his disappearance, but had yet to tell anyone but Xisuma about his son, still holding out for the hope that he would be found.
Tommy was raised by the Angel of death, the Blood God and a mentally unstable musician. He had seen war and pain and even the other side. he had mended his relation with Tubbo after exile and even married (platonically) him and Ranboo. with Dream in prison, they had begun to reestablish a connection with worlds outside their small server. he was there as Ranboo finally saw his mothers again, He was at Tubbo's side as he reunited with his little sister. Both sides had welcomed him into the family with open arms and, though they'd decided to stay in Snow Chester while their families visited occasionally, he felt like this was it.
then the letter came, Hermitcraft scrawled on the back.
