At Belfast's behest, the Commander finally took some vacation time away from the base. Cosied up in a nice penthouse in the city he spent the day admiring the architecture, seeing the sights and overall decompressing.
When night fell though, with a subtle suggestion from Belfast, he ends up burning his stress away in a much more physical manner. With her aid, of course.
