    Vladimir Dracula was the chosen vampire and heir to the Dracula family. After everything that happened, he decided to ultimately run away from his “responsibilities” as the chosen one on his 18th birthday. Having chosen to run away from his vampire past, Vlad discovered that he was stuck somewhere between being a vampire and a human. Determined to help both humans and vampires live in harmony, he began studying at a perfectly normal university in Nebraska to study Theology. However, after his first year, he discovered that he had a newfound passion for medicine. Vlad took on a new identity as Dennis Whitaker and, after a lot of hard work, started his residency. He met his new roommate and best friend, though he would never admit that, at his second set of rounds at The Pitt. He’s never met a group of people he was able to bond with so easily. Dennis (Vlad) is officially a doctor now as he goes into his next shift on the Fourth of July. However, two unusual strangers who know a bit more than they let on are going to threaten his life as it is now. He worked so hard to build this for himself; will he let these two brothers ruin everything he’s worked for? Or will he have to deal with them by any means necessary…
