Summary
The night Sunday cried to him, expressing his conflicting desires and fears and how deeply it hurt to fight himself for autonomy over his own body, Welt informed him that it didn’t matter how long it took, or how nonsensical it might seem to outsiders. He was willing to work with him, be patient with him, and would not push him beyond his limits.
Sunday wept harder then, nearly hysterical. When he calmed down enough to speak, he admonished Welt for his ability to effortlessly reduce him to tears, and promised that one way or another, he would find a way to consummate their relationship.
Thus commenced Sunday’s dogged pursuit of sexual enlightenment.
Welt helps Sunday overcome some of his compulsions, and proves that his body is worth loving.

Their eyes light up, and they nod a few times. Veritas will think back on this decision later and think that maybe it wasn't the best idea to take a child to an active crime scene... But the alternative is leaving them in his room alone. And the thought of leaving the young Avgin to his own devices in a strange place icks Veritas to no end.
So, Vertias stands up, still holding the kid, and Kakavasha still wrapped in his toga. He exits the Dreamscape's Hotel, and stalks off towards Clock Studio's Theme Park.
