From the smog in the city, to the glitter in the sand, Tommy has seen it all. He’s lived it all.
Despite that, he has more on his mind than just surviving, which is bound to get him killed eventually. Even if it doesn’t, he’s made more than enough enemies who would be glad to see him go.
Too bad he’s way too damn stubborn to die.

Summary
Tommy Innit likes to think he’s the best vigilante around, because he is. Crime runs rampant throughout Essempi and he does much more for the city-state than the police (along with some other vigilantes, sometimes). Pretty much all of the citizens love him. He is the sole form of vengeance for the civilians and fights crime basically every night to protect the innocent.
His advice on how to be a vigilante is most definitely the best you’ll ever get.
