Summary
There’s something living in the wood shed.
With winter fast approaching it’s not surprising for animals to take shelter there. Last year he’d played host to a family of opossums nesting in the back corners.
He isn’t sure what’s taken up residence this year, though. After noticing his new neighbor he left out food and water, both of which were untouched the next day. But whatever is in there is coming and going. Through the latched door, even. Which signals a level of intelligence beyond the usual woodland creature. A stray kobold? Or a goblin? He guesses and leaves food suitable for either. It remains untouched.
That’s when his curiosity gets the better of him.
Or, Local hermit druid finds a vampire in his shed and decides to adopt it as he would any other wounded animal. As one does.

Summary
A story in which an overworked art student longs for a fictional character that they've devoted so much of their time to. Alternatively; Astarion realizes there's someone else watching him. And he can't wait to get acquainted with them.

Summary
"By the gods, I missed you," Asterion whispers. His face is pressed against Halsin's chest, the words nearly inaudible. He pulls back a little, tips his face up, and says more clearly, "You have no idea how many rivers there are between here and Baldur's Gate. Someone ought to dam them all up."
-
Years after they parted in Baldur's Gate, Halsin finds an unexpected visitor in the woods.

Summary
"If you even attempt to bite me, you die immediately."
"Bite."
"No."
"No bite." It swayed slightly, attempting to maintain its balance. Its head must be quite heavy.
Astarion grabbed it under its armpits, surprisingly heavy for a creature of it's size, and lifted it from the ornate chest, placing it gingerly on the ground.
It scampered barefoot across the grimy floor with quiet plaps. Arriving at Tav—Gods, it was only as tall as her hip—it gripped the hem of her tunic. It spun around on one heel, nearly toppling over with the inertia, to address Astarion. It removed the fingers from its mouth with a horrible wet sound and took a deep breath, or what must be deep for something so tiny.
“Go go?”

Summary
The year is 2031. You are a scholar and historian hired by the Hellsing Organization to expand the textbook on vampiric and occult knowledge. Vampiric behaviours, sleeping habits, hunting grounds, anything and everything vampire was on your research list. However, the sudden return of Europe's greatest threat (and arguable saviour), the No-Life-King, puts a sudden halt to your plans.
Alucard familiarizes himself with the modern age of vampires. Then his interest is peaked by one of the most curious humans he has encountered in a long while, as her sympathy for the freakish and unnatural sorts her into a whole new catagory of crazy.
Just the kind of entertainment Alucard needs after all these years.
