“I’m fine, thanks,” Katsuki says from his spot on the floor. “I’ll make your suicidal person coffee in a second.”
Shouto blinks, but he doesn’t look unamused. “Is that what you think of my mental health?” he asks.
Katsuki stands up, brushing dust off his knees. “I think anyone who willingly drinks that is in dire need of help," he says, wiping his hands on his apron.
Or: Katsuki is really good at what he does, except when Shouto's there.

Summary
Todoroki’s gaze goes a little quizzical. His hand is still on Katsuki’s chest. “Why?” he asks.
Katsuki’s heartbeat speeds up. And—god, it’s horrible. Maybe it’s the exhaustion or the bitterness of losing or some other form of temporary delirium, but all Katsuki can think about as he meets Todoroki’s eyes is, “Because I love you, you fucking bastard.”
The room goes quiet.
Or: Katsuki says something he shouldn't, then, eventually, does something he should.

Summary
Katsuki should be suspicious, right? He’s smart, he should have figured it out by now. Shouto’s surprised he hasn’t been kicked out of the apartment yet. He would have absolutely deserved it but Katsuki never makes a remark past simple observation. It makes Shouto think — if Katsuki is mildly aware that Shouto may or may not be stealing his clothes for his own lewd fantasies…
Why doesn’t he stop him?
Bound by everything but blood, Katsuki and Shouto navigate their feelings towards each other and desperately want to be together despite being step-brothers. In fact, being "brothers" actually makes it a lot more fun.
