    A lot of things went wrong that day, and, I guess, not a lot of things have gone right since that day. It was the beginning of the end for me. A part of me died that night and the rest felt like it died in the weeks and months that followed  

     
    Dean Winchester doesn't remember the week before he woke up in a hospital with a tube down his throat. He doesn't know what happened and no one will tell him. The doctor, instead, insists that he needs time to remember, insists that healing shouldn't be rushed. And, insists that this needs to be done somewhere that isn't at home.
