Angela works her magic as usual, Hana pretends not to care but cares a lot, Lucio is being a cool dude like always, Lena puts a smile on your face, McCree cranks up the cowboy charm and Reinhardt is way too big for a hospital room. 76 finally shows up and does his old man thing, but it's not the brutal tongue lashing you were expecting. Not at all.
