Lady looking around curiously and then going off in the direction provided by the information packet his partner had dropped off at her door the evening before. When the young man was certain Yu Takeyama had disappeared and wasn’t able to hear him, he took out his phone and dialled a number. He didn’t wait for the one who picked up to say anything. He just delivered the message.

Dazai can barely constrain his smile, and it’s more like Chuuya’s kissing teeth right now, but he could not care less because this might be the best kiss he’s ever had. Part of him wishes he could cut himself on Dazai’s canines, just so this becomes more real, so he has undeniable proof on his body. He wishes it’d be so bad it would scar.

“Sorry. I was a bit caught up in the book I was reading.” Dazai held a considerably small book in his hands.
“I doubt it. There’s no way you didn’t hear me.” Chuuya rolled his eyes, mostly joking but the way Dazai’s expression changed made a few alarms ring in his head. Was he too harsh? There’s no way Dazai got that unless over a half-joke, so maybe he was being sincere when he didn’t hear the fact Chuuya was calling him.

Xie Lian realizes he’s clutching at his chest. “I’m okay, San Lang,” he replies automatically, doing his best to smile.
Hua Cheng’s hands cover his, gently pulling his fingers away from where he’s scrabbling at his skin. “No, you’re not,” he says softly. “And you don’t have to be. I’m here for all of you.”
Xie Lian just looks at him for a little while. His husband, always there for him. Solid and trustworthy, never wavering. There’s at least one person who would never turn on him.
Just one person is enough.
Xie Lian lets out a strangled sob, and Hua Cheng pulls him close as tears fall down his cheeks.
