The day started off slow, beginning with Bdubs coming in for his usual opening shift and quickly getting things set up for the day. He had been working here for what? Maybe half a year or so by now? Yea, and he still would never get used to clocking in at 6:30. Bdubs always got great sleep, of course he did, he loved sleeping! But that still didn't mean that he was much of a morning person, in all honesty, his roommate, Cleo, was the only reason he was ever on time to his shift, thank god they woke him up, and enjoyed waking him up at that! Anything to bother him, is how Cleo explained herself, so yea, not much help... but at least he wasn't going to get fired for consistently being late!

After finishing high school, Bdubs moves to a town in Seattle for college, settling down in an apartment with a person named Cleo for convenience after getting a job at a small, local cafe. A few months pass by before a man with white hair starts to regularly come into the coffee shop each morning before class and becomes a familiar face in the cafe, striking interest from Bdubs.
