Summary
After the First Siege of the Burial Mounds, Wei Wuxian found himself transported into a deserted alley of the Ghost City. Being trapped by a mysterious crimson-clad figure felt like a rest, more so than punishment, since he could no longer hurt anyone despite constant screaming in the back of his head. And maybe he could have had more luck, but his rest was also interrupted when a stone door appeared out of nowhere, and Wei Wuxian fell into a narrow hole.
Or, instead of dying, Wei Wuxian opened a portal into a different universe.

Summary
He didn't know how long he had been fighting the resentment off but he was quickly tiring. Without his core he wasn't healing quick enough, without his core he couldn't fight the resentment invading him, without his golden core he was cold, without his core he was 5 again, fighting dogs for food.

Summary
