With the rumours spreading, he was wondering when someone would have the balls to ask him, he just didn’t expect it to be some random dude he’s never seen before this moment.
“I know that you have to know the rumors going around,” he quips, refusing to drop the topic. “Let me ask again: Are you two dating or not?”

Narumi wasn't an idiot. He knew of the rumors going around the entirety of the JAKDF, and the very obvious glances and quick whispers that followed him and Hoshina. He just didn't expect it to be brought up so soon, and at the worst possible place.
