Summary
When he gets stuck in a huge blizzard, Steve finds shelter near a little cabin isolated in the woods. That's where enters Bucky Barnes, ex military who escaped to Canada to hide away from his demons. They will be forced to share Bucky's space as the blizzard shows no sign of stopping. Maybe Steve will finally find peace and maybe Bucky will find a way to accept that sometimes, a bit of help is needed to move on, and that in the end, no winter lasts forever.

"I'm James," he finally adds, extending his hand to shake Steve's. "But my friends call me Bucky."
Steve stands there. Unmoving. Staring at James’ —Bucky’s— offering hand, but his own arms are full of bright and fragrant flowers so he just awkwardly walks around Bucky to give them to Nat and turns around to properly shake hands with the florist.
"Sorry... um... yes, Nice to meet you Bucky! Welcome to Brooklyn Street," Steve finally says.

“I don’t know,” Steve says and his pack might feel the distress in his voice because suddenly they are all surrounding him, touching his arms, his shoulders. Wanda and Nat taking his bloody hands and squeezing them, trying to reassure him.
“I heard him call, and I had to get to him. I had to save him. He’s dying, we have to take care of him.”

Summary
In the distance, he finally hears the roar of Bucky’s motorcycle getting closer and he steps out of his hideout. Bucky barely takes the time to turn the engine off and pulls the foot of his bike before running towards Steve.
He cups Steve's face and there is worry painted all over his expression as he takes in the state of his bruised lips and cheeks. “Oh baby, are you alright?” Bucky asks, and his voice shakes. Steve wants to cry for worrying him so much. Steve feels like he's on fire because it’s the first time Bucky had called him baby.
“It hurts,” is all he manages to say really, because it just summarizes the whole thing. How much he hurts, inside and out.
“We’ll go to the bathroom to clean you up a bit and then I’m taking you home with me, okay?”

Summary
“Can you please stop spreading lies to the children, Bucky?”
Bucky closes the thick book resting on his lap with a sigh and looks up at Steve who just appeared at the library’s door. His fisted hands rest on his narrow hips as he frowns at Bucky and all the kids surrounding him. They all bow to their Prince but some of them can’t help but giggle a little. Steve is great with the kids living at the castle with them. They show him the respect a Prince deserves, but they well aware that he will excuse any harmless bit of mischief they might get up to.
Their chorus of “Good morning, Prince Steven!” is enough to bring a small smile back to his royal friend’s face.
“I’m not telling lies, your Highness. Simply what I believe you’re meant to accomplish.”
Or the one where Steve is a Prince and Bucky is a knight, there is a prophecy, and loss, and death. But in the end, they find their way back to each other. And they live happily, ever after.

Summary
When Bucky Barnes signed up for an anonymous hookup weekend away via a new App, he was more than a little excited at the prospect of meeting his sexual equal. The anticipation of all of his desires being met by someone with similar tastes was a unique prospect. No more trawling bars for uninspiring and unremarkable one night stands, this App was the future.
Except when Bucky arrives at the secluded cabin in the midst of a blizzard, two things become abundantly clear. He was snowed in for the weekend with no escape, and the App was completely, and utterly wrong. It had paired him with none other than Steve Rogers, the bane of his work life, the older and self-imposed ‘superior’ co-worker who he hated with a passion.
But then Steve makes Bucky an offer too enticing to refuse...And so begins a weekend of snarky quips, bad decisions, and the beginning of the end to the world's most antagonising work rivalry. Because, it's just sex… Right?
