Soobin is tired.
Well, that’s no surprise to anyone, is it? The five boys have been working for hours on end, it seemed like each day and week would never be over. The release of their latest album, The Star Chapter: Sanctuary, has left the leader as drained as ever. Sleeping at two in the morning only to wake up another two hours later to fulfill their schedule for days has led to Soobin having pounding headaches that would last hours as they work.
Soobin had to remind himself that the other members were going through the same thing. If they weren’t struggling, why was he? Has his body finally given up and grown tired of the countless practices they have? He was the leader, the supposed strongest and most reliable among the members. He was the person the members went to for advice or help, never the other way around.
He couldn’t afford taking a break, not while promotions were still ongoing. However, it seemed to be taking a larger toll on him than he would have ever anticipated.
He was the leader, he had to be strong.

The sunrise was just starting to bleed into the purple sky when Soobin made up his mind. He couldn’t let his sister, who’d already given up so much for him, make this sacrifice too.
