Summary
Captain Elizabeth Swann and her dragon Scylla return to adventure through the Caribbean at the behest of Cutler Beckett. The sea itself is rife with danger with the fabled kraken on the hunt, yet the biggest threat to Elizabeth is Lord Beckett himself.
Their allies in James Norrington and his dragon Tempest are lost, their fates unknown and uncertain. Elizabeth and Scylla search the seas for solutions, and foster their relationship with one another as they go.

Summary
For a whole year, Marissa has been preoccupied with the sun. Ever since she learned its luminosity was decreasing on that fateful Thursday, she’s become obsessed with addressing the issue the best she can while working at the Department of Energy sponsored Berkeley Lab in California. So when Eva Stratt offers her the chance to make a difference in the fight against global cooling, it only takes her a moment to agree.
She didn’t mean to drag her old friend Ryland Grace into it though. At least being the sidekicks of the de-facto world dictator is a little more pleasant with someone familiar around.
An AU where Grace’s grad school friend Marissa from the novel is brought onto the Petrova Taskforce. More of an exploration of character dynamics and the need to hold onto what makes us human in the face of a crisis than dealing with the butterfly effect. Mostly book canon but I was inspired to add a few things from the movie too. Also featuring an extremely generous helping of artistic liberty since canon Marissa has very little characterization.
