Being above the ceiling often now was a difficult adjustment for Nanashi, the sun that had specific times, the people that weren't constantly active at all hours, the lack of noise from people battling demons all made it hard for him to adapt his sleeping schedule.
If his friends hadn't wanted to be used as pillows then they should have run while they had the chance.
