Hongjoong stiffened, his eyes narrowing slightly. "What?"
Mingi nodded. “You’re all tense from being hunched over that keyboard all day. I’ve got good hands, you know?” He stretched his fingers teasingly. "And a massage gun."
“No, thanks,” Hongjoong said, trying to keep his voice casual. “I can just stretch out here."
Mingi studied him for a moment before speaking up again, his voice softer this time. "Please, let me take care of you."
Hongjoong giggled, hiding his face in one of the couch cushions. "I'll pass, Mingi-ah."

Hongjoong spends too much time in his studio, and mingi decides he’s had enough. He drags Hongjoong out to make him eat, and then he asks Hongjoong if he can give him a massage. Hongjoong declines and mingi convinces him, wanting to help with the tension in Hongjoong’s body. But, what will happen when mingi hears the sounds Hongjoong makes, or when Hongjoong feels Mingi’s large hands over his skin?

Hongjoong squinted, reaching out to press his fingertips against the substance. It clung to his skin almost instantly, fine and sparkling under the light. He rubbed his fingers together, watching as the glimmering specks stuck to his skin.
"Glitter?" he muttered under his breath, confused.
Why would a squirrel bring in glitter? His gaze flickered towards the various baking decorations his staff had packed for him. There were small pouches of colored sugar, tiny jars of edible pearls, and an assortment of decorative sprinkles. He frowned, glancing between them and the glitter now coating his fingers.
Had he spilled some earlier without realizing? That had to be it. He shook his head slightly, brushing his fingers off against his shirt before exhaling deeply.
“Maybe I’m just more tired than I thought,” he muttered to himself.

Hongjoong ran his fingers into the mess of red trickling from his wound. His fingers danced about the crimson liquid before he brought those very fingers, dripping in blood, to Jongho’s lips. Painting his lips with blood, his pupils blown, his features growing pale from blood loss but his lips curling upward from satisfaction of what he had done.
The moment Jongho licked his lips, his fangs protruded so quickly it pained him. A guttural moan escaped his lips. The sound only added to the want in Hongjoong’s eyes. The taste upon Jongho’s tongue sent shockwaves of euphoric bliss coursing through his body, every inch of his skin awoke with a sensitivity that can only be satiated with a proper feed. Hongjoong knew this. Of course he knew this, Jongho thought to himself just as he lost himself. His walls of composure shattered in an instant. Self-control couldn’t be further from reach as he shoved Hongjoong hard against the brick wall. His pinned Hongjoong’s wrists high above his head, despite knowing there would be no defense to break through by his crazed lover in the night. Jongho crashed his lips against the torn flesh of Hongjoong’s throat, his tongue dancing over the designs of blood escaping the wound.

It barely takes any energy to make sure his upstairs neighbor's shoes aren't where they were left last night, or that his other neighbor's door will stick right when they try to leave with their hands full.
"You're just being rude," San will tell him. "Why make someone's day worse?"
Wooyoung always huffs at that.
"I'm just doing my job," he'll retort. "At least my job isn't to seduce and eat people."
Depending on San's mood, he'll pout, grin broadly, or make some similarly pointed comment about dokkaebi. It's something they joke easily about, with no real malice at this point.

Summary
The barrier is invisible to any non-spirit, but ripples in waves of gold and white to Yunho. He smiles, pleased at the sight of a job well done.
The satisfaction only lasts for a split second. Something is moving behind the flames, something large.
Immediately on edge, Yunho steps forward. The barrier lets him pass, and the flames do nothing but lap at his clothes, unable to touch him.
Past the distortion of the barrier, things are a little clearer. Deeper in the forest, where the flames are thicker, Yunho can now make out the shape of a large animal, moving quickly.
He can’t tell what it is until it lifts its head, revealing a muzzle, pointed ears, and eyes that seem to be pressed closed. It’s fur is long and threaded through with flames, yellow and gold flickering along it’s spine and tail.
“Bulgae,” Yunho whispers, taken aback by the sight.
