Summary
Ability, Quirk, and the Dying Will Flame.
These are the three powers that exist within this world.
In this world, 80% of the population were those with Quirks, but that did not include the two countries that have isolated themselves since the era when Quirk first appeared. Unknown to the public, these two countries have been long taken over by the world’s largest criminal syndicates—the mafias.
When the Japanese government picked up an amnesiac Chuuya, they decided to use this opportunity to turn him into a Hero by having him attend Japan's No.1 Hero school and become the ultimate weapon against the vile Villains.
When the Villains heard of this news, they decided to take Chuuya and turn him into a Villain against the Heroes.
When the Vongola heard of the news, they set off to Japan to welcome Chuuya as a member of their famiglia.
When the Port Mafia heard of the news, the White Reaper and Mad Dog were dispatched to bring their boss' right-hand man back before their boss decides that while war was never the only option, it certainly was the most enticing one.

Oh. My. Gosh. They got me! That damn author! They tricked me with the first half of this being silly funny amazing moments and before I knew it, it was too late! I was trapped! I was trapped and I had to suffer through world building and plot! BUT THEN I was rewarded with more silly moment!! But honestly why was the white hatter scene actually hilarious 😂 and I absolutely loved all of chap 14, yes I know it’s not a real chap but omg it was soooo good!!! I was like actually creating my own canon divergent stories in my head trying to predict where it would go but it just kept on trucking forward in a direction I couldn’t even see coming 😀 Also. The pamphlets were the absolute perfect conclusion for the Italy recruiting scheme. Absolute perfection. But ugggg why do I do this to myself!! 😖 why did I start a 200k fic KNOWING IT WASNT FINISHED 😫😫😫 I’m so excited for more. Ima be tearing at the seems waiting for more skk moments, AND I DO NEED THE FULL TRANSITION MOMENT OF CHUU WITH NEZU TO CHUU IN HIS BEAST FIT PLSSSS!! Ok. Welp. Ig I’ll just have to be patient and wait for the next update like a normal person 🙂
