I imagined this scene taking place during the Roussel storyline, when Jordan was in prison because he was accused of murder.
This scene could take place a few days after Jordan was convicted. Jack went to visit him in prison with Lizzie. After the visit, he joins Rayane at the Spoon to tell him how it happened.
