Summary
After many successful missions, the IPC sent Aventurine and Dr. Ratio to another planet in order to gain business opportunities for the corporation. The catch about this mission were the fact they had to gain informations about the planet undercover and the strict caste system that was the law there: Alphas were the ruling class that had all the benefits and rights, while Omegas were seen as the lowest class, only existing to serve the Alphas.
For an alpha and a beta like Aventurine and Dr. Ratio, this wouldn't have been much of a hurdle, but after arriving at their location, it is discovered that Ratio was an Omega all along.
The rules on this planet were hard to follow, but what truly stained their relationship were Aventurine's Alpha instincts telling him to claim the Doctor as his mate after his true gender was revealed.
And when Aventurine committed murder in order to save Ratio from a group of Alphas, everything went downhill for the both of them... -

Summary
Trying to impress his favorite doctor, Aventurine brought back a strange curio from his last mission to gift Ratio. But said Curio transformed him into a cat, who then ended up being adopted by the scholar. Aventurine, now in cat form, was now doted on by the man he loved, and the Stoneheart enjoyed every second of it. Under the scholar's protective care, he also learned new sides about the normally cold and stoic doctor. One of these sides seemed particularly affectionate towards Aventurine. And the Stoneheart wasn't someone who would waste this knowledge once he transformed back.

The most important day for Aventurine was finally there. Today he was going to confess his feelings to Ratio, who was about to return from his latest expedition. But fate wouldn't let him even attempt this gamble, as his beloved Doctor went missing before he returned to Pier Point. And when Aventurine finally saw Ratio again, he was trapped in a gigantic crystal made out of amber. Aven was going to do everything to save his beloved doctor, but the true danger was yet to show themselves: An unknown emanator laid eyes upon the scholar and wanted him all for himself—even if it meant breaking the man.
