Summary
Harumasa had made a clear request to not be treated or viewed any differently by the other members of Section 6 because of his illness. And all three of them had easily agreed to it. He had been dealing with it by himself and had been able to prove his own strength and showed off his ability to do his job. There was no reason for them to start doubting him.
In fact if you were to ask them who had changed the most out of Section 6 after Harumasa’s request all of the female members would likely say Harumasa, while the man himself would likely just laugh and divert the conversation somewhere else.

Electrical sparks crackled from behind him. Large hands had encircled his body, pulling him from the ground. Xiao groaned, especially as the large hand seemed to squeeze his small frame. Muscular arms wrapped around his waist, with purple cloud-shaped tattoos adorning his captor's body.

Xiao froze. That voice...
