"You can't save me, no one can. No one should," Stiles said as he stood on the ledge of the ten story building. "They told me to reach for the sun - and to fly." Stiles said as the tears streamed more freely down his face. "Stiles, don't, we need you. I need you," Lydia said as she tried and coax him down off the ledge. "I love you, Lydia Martin, more than what is probably healthy," Stiles said and slowly got down off of the ledge, "But I shouldn't, and neither should you." Stiles said and turned around to run and leap off the ledge. "STILES!" Scott and Lydia screamed as they watched him plummet down the building, stories at a time.
This life had proven to be too much for me, and i just couldn't take it any more. But this isn't a sad pity story, this is a warning. A warning that says: Never trust those who you should even if it means not trusting your self. Because you never know who you are when you're not you.

Kaveh storms into the room and sets the book on his desk with a large thud.
"Stop this ruse and tell me just what you intend to get out of this," Kaveh says, breathing furiously.
Al-Haitham studies him for a moment, visibly ruminating over a matter, and then something changes in his expression.
"Okay," he says, and then he pulls Kaveh over the desk by the lapels and kisses him fully on the mouth.
Al-Haitham is courting Kaveh. He is very smug about it.

Kaveh sighs again, and this time his features knit together and he squeezes his eyes shut. “Can you stop being clinical for two minutes and hear what I’m actually asking you?”
“I am listening.” It’s true. “And I do understand.”
“Do you, now?”
“I do.”
Kaveh pinches the bridge of his nose. The frustration there isn’t feigned or overblown—it’s real, deep in the lines of his face and the tension drawing his shoulders. “I’d want you to be here,” he says again, but quieter.
“I will be here,” Alhaitham answers. “And it’ll be with the cure.”
When an expedition gone wrong leaves Kaveh with three days to live, Alhaitham and Cyno fight to find the cure while Tighnari fights to buy them time.

"Would you address me as Zhongli? A new name for a new age." His Lord is quiet for a moment, stroking Xiao’s fingers with his thumb. "You of all people would understand the power of that."
Xiao breathes in sharply, stills, then inclines his head. "I would."
But he had liked calling Zhongli his Lord—and perhaps that is arrogant, for the reason he would miss it is mainly the possessive in front of it. Xiao has never had a formal claim to his Lord, but he’d always thought they’d…had an understanding, of sorts.
Zhongli seems to read something in his eyes. "What is it?"
Xiao turns his hand under Zhongli’s, entwining their fingers with a shuddering breath. "This new age. Is there still a place for me, there?"
A bird leaves his nest to heal his wings. He gains much more than he expected on the journey to them.
