Roanapur: city of the walking dead. Victoria Dallon is here undercover for the CIA, posing as the daughter of the local mob boss Marquis. She's hunting the criminal known as Coil for her bosses in Langley, but as with everyone, her time in this city has made its mark. Some people just belong in Roanapur, and Victoria is starting to worry she might be one of them. She's made connections, and the line between her cover and her real life has blurred to the point where it's unclear where Victoria Dallon ends and Victoria Lavere begins.
When her association with the local crew known as the Undersiders leads her to assisting in an armed takeover of Coil's operations, she's accomplishing her mission, but she can't help but question whether she did it for duty, or because she enjoys it.
(This is a short story about what I think the cast of Parahumans would look like as characters in Black Lagoon, and write them engaging in some over the top violence)
