‘That’s Gen,’ I whispered, rising from my chair, Owen forgotten. The whole world was forgotten. There was only Gen. We moved towards each other across the back lawn. More precisely, she floated, I stumbled. I couldn’t take my eyes off of her and almost fell over one of my nephews.

Summary

Long friends to lovers slow burn, with lots of talking, lots of cliches, fluff stuff, light spicy parts, and love, of course. A lot of sugar was put in every chapter.
