Now he has to get his (fake) marriage to Blackbeard approved by the crown, or else he'll be thrown in prison. Ed's game, but there's one problem: he's head over boots for the Gentleman Pirate, who must never, ever find out. Can they pull off the ultimate fuckery without ruining their friendship in the process?
A fake marriage AU set in a world where Stede leaves for piracy with Mary's blessing, he and Ed are deeply (and obliviously) in love, and Ed's just doing his best, bless him.
