Summary
When Levi turns 30, he gains a new, strange ability: he can read people's minds if he touches them. Hanji thinks it's because he's a virgin, but that's simply ridiculous. Still, Levi has no idea what to do with this ability and avoids using it, until a pretty coworker accidentally touches him and Levi learns the guy is apparently into him.
Levi can't stop wondering why, and although he should mind his own business, curiosity gets the better of him.
It helps that Eren's really cute, too.
UPDATE 11/25: I'm currently going through this fic and doing some edits for better flow and continuity now that we have a proper outline for the fic. Tags have been added as well since we finally figured out the dynamic for eren & levi (they are switch in this). We've also resumed working on this fic so you can expect an update coming (hopefully) soon. We're waiting until we finish writing the fic and then we'll have a regular posting schedule for this, hopefully weekly! Thank you for the wait!

“Omegasweet,” a voice answers. “For our sweet. Little. Omega.”
Levi squints at the MPs entering the room. The tall blonde woman who has just spoken and a shorter freckled guy. Both betas.
Omegasweet, his mind repeats slowly.
“You’re going into heat, omega. And it’s not going to be pretty. The doctor said it reacts quite violently with omegas who’ve been on suppressants,” she adds, slowly walking towards Levi. Her curls bob with each step.

A long time ago, the humans living at the foot of Mount Togakushi was enshrouded in terror spread by a powerful female demon named Kureha who lived with her demon army in the depths of the mountain. After multiple failed attempt to subdue her, she was finally slain by a brave warrior who wielded a holy sword and peace was brought to the humans.
However, after more than twenty years, that peace was suddenly broken when the demons descended the mountain without warning, destroying towns and villages one after another. Their goal seems to be clear: To invade and overthrow the human capital.
The number of fatalities soared within a short period of time; refugees came pouring in to the capital city after losing their home and family. Each and every single testimony was filled with nothing but the horror of the demons' brutality. Yet the most terrifying fact was that the leader of these demons was suspected to be none other than the female demon who should have been slain decades ago, Kureha herself.
