Floaty laughter and loud music. Bitter alcohol that numbed his tongue.
Fingers carding through his hair.
Kacchan’s furious: “If you don’t get out of this fucking car—!”
Shattering glass.
Kacchan breathing hard while Izuku straddled him, pulled his hair, and grazed his teeth along his neck.
Izuku gasped and covered his mouth, eyes bulging when they finally met Kacchan’s glare.

It all went to hell after the final battle between All for One and Shigaraki. In Katsukis opinion, they won the battle but lost the war. “Y’know you really oughta—“ Katsuki started with a low growl, glancing back up to see who the idiot was that just ran into him. But when a pair of wide green eyes full of concern met his cold red ones, Katsuki felt like the whole world came to a screeching halt.
He blinked.
And then he did it again, and when what he was sure he’d just imagined didn’t disappear, his heart skipped a beat. For a second the world went silent. The sound of people entering the coffee shop, the soft chatter of conversation, the sound of everything all faded into the ringing filling Katsuki’s ears. He couldn’t breathe—fuck, he couldn’t even move, because standing right in front of him… was Izuku.

Or, Izuku gets hit with a quirk that sends him to an alternate realty similar to his own. Except in this realty, "Deku" is the name of a villain.
