Basically you get to stroke, suck and lick Medic into a whimpering, sweating mess until he practically begs you to let him cum while he's bound to a chair and can do nothing about it. That's it, that's the fic. And the only relevant bits 'n bobs are his, so you don't have to worry about not matching up with a designated gender or sex for the reader.
