Summary
Till thinks he’s heard every shitty pick-up line under the sun and (unfortunately) witnessed every attempt to take him home.
Most are too predictable, too boring, and far too repetitive.
What he thought was another unimaginative attempt turns out to be the thrill that he's been looking for.
Alternately, Ivan challenges Till to a game of pool, betting that the boy has to go on a date with him if he wins. Much to Till’s amusement, it seems the boy doesn’t even know how to play.

“You wrote it.” It’s not a question. “Unlike the songs you played for the others.” He smiles at Till as if he solved a puzzle within seconds, looking through him with ease.
Heat rises into his cheeks and he briefly nods, unable to look Ivan in the eye. It’s not that he’s uncomfortable sharing it with him, it’s just – a lot…
“I could sing it for you,” Ivan suddenly offers; casually as if it’s no big deal, although it has the power to unleash a whole storm of contradictions. “If you want to.”
It catches Till off guard. Makes his heart clench, before it starts to race and for a second he feels vulnerable, and small, his song idiotic and unworthy and not enough, but he’s tired of being a coward. Swore himself to stop running away; especially when it’s about Ivan…
