Summary
At one point of the universe’s eternal emptiness he found himself in a quiet and blind void. He didn’t know who he was, he didn’t know why he was there, he didn’t know what he could do, he had no knowledge other than his own existence. Time passed, and he was slowly gaining consciousness of this place and his abilities. He gave himself the name of Izuku; he felt a strange attraction to the word, he wondered if it meant something to him before coming here, and even though there was no one there to call for him, it made him feel less alone, more real.

Nedzu hadn't really thought about it a lot when All Might had come to him, saying that he had already found a successor, that he knew who he was going to pass his power down to. Yagi had talked about the boy a couple of times, about how he has figured out his identity, about how sacrificing he had been and other stuff... but somehow, it had felt as if Nedzu had been talking about a copy of himself, maybe even a clone...
And Nedzu, had simply not cared. Because after all, what was there to be interested about a boy, who was a copy of All Might, who didn't have anything special other than being lucky enough to catch the older heroes eye.
He had only wondered about one thing, and one thing only just to humor himself about how One for All would change, just for his own entertainment... what exactly was the boy's quirk to have seemed so heroic to the Number One Hero?
