But that hope of a new, better, life is starting to look dim as he finds himself partnered with a certain sly yokai with an annoying habit of calling him, "Shizu-chan."
Or: I created a plot where Shizuo and Izaya fight against evil spirits and yokai as part of an organization so that I could imagine the two being a badass power couple.
