Yeah, I'm still bad at summaries no matter how hard I try. But Norman keeps recommending books to Emma, and she comes back every day to tell him what she thought of it. It slowly turns into them learning more about each other and totally falling for each other. Because Emma and Norman are adorable nerds.

Not to mention the fact that the man was truly spectacular to behold. Watching him fight was something that drew her like a magnetic force. Every move was a beautifully choreographed dance, meticulous and precise. He wielded a claymore as if it weighed nothing. A pestilent pirouette of fire and destruction. Eyes and hair of blazing vermillion. High cheekbones, decadent mouth, and sculpted jawline. Standing at least two heads taller than her, his shoulders wide, tapering down to a slim waist. Barely coiled power bursting at the seams of his lean muscular frame.
Each interaction she had with the enigmatic man left her ravenous for more. Every accidental touch, longing stare, or pregnant moment between the two of them had been building towards this moment.
