The judicial system was fucked, she decided, as she saw two guards take Draco away. The system was kaput and broken way beyond repair, and that trial hadn’t been fair. Common sense had been ignored, logic had been overlooked, and by fucking Merlin, justice had been trampled over. That failure of a trial had been nothing but a display of power, of keeping things as the Wizengamot wanted, just so they didn’t feel threatened.
